In such an engagement model, the entire engineering team is located at one of the Rapidsoft Systems' offshore development locations. The client designates one senior staff member as the project manager who acts as the main/ single point of contact for the offshore team. This person serves as a client Project Manager for the group and is responsible for coordinating day to day offshore task assignments.
This model involves having one or more engineers working onsite at the client site. Some services can only be provided by onsite models due to the nature of tasks.
Some engineers work from Rapidsoft Systems' offshore locations while some resources are posted at the client's site to coordinate work with the clients.
